Once you have purchased your copy of Linguata, you will be sent a unique serial number to the e-mail address you entered during the purchasing process.

You should receive this immediately after your order is approved.

In the unlikely event that you haven't received your registration e-mail within 24 hours e-mail us at orders@linguata.com and we will endeavour to resolve any ordering difficulties as quickly as possible.

Spam filters

Please ensure that the e-mail we send to you containing your serial number is not filtered as spam.

The title of your registration e-mail is Linguata - Language Order Information and if you have not received your registration e-mail within one hour, the most likely cause is that it has been filtered as spam and been diverted to your junk folder by your e-mail provider.
